New Amendment to ABTH

101.2 Locomotive Inspections                                             
A. Inspection Requirements                                         
                                                                 
Under the heading "Inspected Previous Calendar Day", the first
paragraph is changed entirely to read:                                             
                                                                 
If the locomotive cab card indicates that the locomotive was inspected   
the previous calendar day, complete the current daily inspection before
 2359 hours. To assure each calendar day inspection is performed
before 2359, engineers that operate locomotive(s) any time after noon
of the due date must perform the inspection before completing his/her
tour of duty unless relieved by proper authority or local instruction.

2010 RRT bases and applicable tax rates

The 2010 annual maximum amounts of compensation subject to
Railroad Retirement Tax (RRT) will remain at their 2009 limits.

Effective with all wages paid in the year 2010, the annual RRT bases
and applicable tax rates will be as follows:
